Eventgroove.co.uk (hereby referred to as “Eventgroove UK”, the “Site”, “us”, “we” or “our”) is a wholly owned business unit of TicketRiver Limited. TicketRiver Limited is incorporated in the United Kingdom and has been serving customers in the UK and the European Union for over ten years. TicketRiver Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary Elk River Systems, Inc., a US-based Company.
Eventgroove UK is registered in accordance with and seeks to comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PERC) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into effect on May 25, 2018. We follow appropriate security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information to prevent unauthorised access by third parties. We also require those parties to whom we transfer personal information to comply with the same. However, the Internet is not a totally secure medium and you acknowledge and agree that TicketRiver Limited shall not be responsible for any unauthorised use, distribution, damage or destruction of personal data, except to the extent, we are required to accept such responsibility under GDPR.

Privacy Principles
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us here at Eventgroove UK. We take all matters of privacy and security very seriously and have taken measures to make sure you trust us as a company and feel safe using our website. When Eventgroove UK handles your sale or any other communication, we understand that you do not wish to have your personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) distributed. Therefore, we will not distribute, rent, sell or otherwise provide your personal information to any entity or for any reason except for the few instances specifically detailed below.
We have created this Privacy Policy to clearly outline what personal information we collect from users and how that information is used. Users include, but are not limited to, (i) registered users who purchase products on the Eventgroove UK website, and (ii) guest or unregistered users who purchase products on the Eventgroove UK website, (iii) users who use a reseller portal to access the Eventgroove UK website, and (iv) Organization Administrators who manage access to and view order history reports for Secure Reseller sites hosted on Eventgroove UK website (White Label or Private Label). Your access to and use of the Eventgroove UK website is also subject to the Terms of Service.
We may share your Personal Data with our subsidiaries, affiliates or other business units for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. All information transferred or shared will be subject to this Privacy Policy.

This Site operates and is available to you “as-is”, without guarantees of availability, performance, design or of any other kind. We are not responsible for unforeseen or uncontrollable events that affect orders processing, loss of your artwork files, payment processing or other. We reserve the right to change, expand, improve, or otherwise update the site at any time without notice. Outages and known performance maintenance will be repaired as soon as possible and communicated to you as needed. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how the user is interacting with the Site. For instance, if a user is only navigating the site (i.e. browsing products or searching for information without registering or ordering) then we would collect a minimum set of information (IP address and Cookies). However, users who create an account and/or process an order through the site will be required to provide the minimum Personal Information needed to process their transaction. As such, different sections of this Privacy Policy apply to users at different times when using with our Site.
Customers of Eventgroove UK are asked to provide a minimal set of personal information to set up an account and in order for us to fulfil our contractual obligations pertaining to processing your sales order. This constitutes Eventgroove UK’s lawful basis for processing personal data. We collect some personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, organisation information, email, and payment information (account or credit card numbers, expiration date, billing address, etc.) which you enter when setting up your account and/or checking out your order. We also collect all information related to your order, including product types, quantity, cost and discounts, and shipping information.
All information used to create a DYO, template or custom product is collected and saved, including any Personal Information you use, such as your name and address, the name of your organisation or business, names of your sponsors and any associated images. If you contact our customer support representatives, you may provide Personal Information over the phone or email that will be collected and stored in our database.
Except for your email address, all gathered information is required to authenticate your financial transaction with the credit card company, to process your order with our third-party printing partner and to deliver your order to your specified address. We require your email address so that we can send you a receipt of your transaction and as a unique identifier for registration purchases. All of Eventgroove UK’s emails are in accordance with the strictest possible guidelines against Unsolicited Commercial Email, which is a legal term that describes electronic promotional messages sent to a consumer without their prior request or consent, also known as ‘spam’.
Please be aware that you may refrain from voluntarily providing your personal information through our Site, but you will not be able to create an account or process your online order without this information. By purchasing our products through the Site, you consent to our use of this information as per this Privacy Policy.
Storing your personal data
We will only retain and use your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this privacy policy or as otherwise required by law. Financial data, for the purposes of payment processing, is managed by our online payment service provider Stripe. Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Stripe’s data is hosted in data centres located in the United States. Stripe is certified to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks, which means that when data is transferred to the United States, a high level of security measures are in place to ensure the safety of EU citizen’s persona data. All other information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers located in the EU. We have in place a level of security appropriate to the nature of the information stored and have protocols in place to follow in the event we discover a potential breach of security. Unfortunately, the sending of information via the Internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically and therefore sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
How the Information is Used
We may utilize your email address or telephone number (if provided) to contact you regarding customer service inquiries, communicate with you about our site and improve our products and user experience and products. If you opt-in to receive promotional emails from Eventgroove UK we will use your email address to communicate relevant information such as promotions, specials, seasonal events, and new products or services. While you can choose to opt out of promotional emails at any time, your email address will still be stored and associated with your account.
We will always notify you as to the types of information we are collecting about you as well as the uses we intend to make of that information. We will always tailor articles and their corresponding email communications to your organisation and your expressed interests. You may opt out of these types of communications at any time, by selecting the opt-out checkbox in your My Account profile or by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of email correspondence.
Personal Information may be disclosed if required to comply with government, legal or criminal investigation requests. Non-personal data, as mentioned above, cannot be linked to the personal data we collect, it is simply a general data resource to better serve our customers. This information is used for Site troubleshooting and analysis, which drives Site and service improvements and personalization of your user experience. This information may also be used to comply with applicable international, federal, state and local laws.
We may need to securely transfer your information to a very limited set of relevant partners both inside and outside the European Economic Area (EEA). By submitting your personal information, you consent to such processing and transfers in connection with such orders. We will take reasonable steps to ensure adequate security for any of your information transferred outside the EEA. In terms of third parties to whom we may supply personal information, these are:

Other uses may be made of data provided to TicketRiver Limited in correspondence, by telephone or by other means not detailed in this Policy. Updating Your Personal Information
Once you have registered you can access your account in the My Account section of the Site. Here you can update your Personal Information such as address, email, phone number and communication preferences. Security
Eventgroove UK has implemented several measures to ensure your personal data is protected. Our Site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certifications to protect any personal information in transit over the web. We also encrypt all critical data in our database. Our web servers and database are protected behind firewalls to prevent outside access except through our Site. Our hosting provider, maintains very high levels of security around the physical servers and network access. Servers are located in the Republic of Ireland. Despite these measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information submitted to the Site.
Account Information, preferences and order histories can only be accessed with a valid user name and password. Some sites (Private Label/White Label) can only be accessed through a separate portal that also requires an email and password. Every user is responsible for protecting their password from misuse or theft and we hold no responsibility for the misuse of your password. If your password was misused or stolen, please contact our customer support representatives immediately.
Individual Rights
You have certain rights as a customer of TicketPrinting UK. You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you by submitting a request to products@eventgroove.co.uk. If your data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right of rectification and can modify your Personal Data at any time in the My Account section of the website or by requesting TicketPrinting UK to correct or remove the incorrect or incomplete information. You also have the right to erasure, by providing a request to products@eventgroove.co.uk (please note that this will result in irrevocable removal of your personal data from our servers or anonymization of your data which means that you will no longer be able to place orders unless you create a new registration with a new email address). We cannot remove your data when there is a legal storage requirement, such as book-keeping rules or when there are other legitimate grounds to keep the data, such as unsettled debts or for the completion of order contracts. You can withdraw your consent to be contacted regarding marketing purposes at any time by updating your preferences in My Account or by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such emails. However, if you exercise your right to opt-out of receiving marketing messages from us, please be aware that you may continue to receive certain non-marketing communications from us. For example, we may still need to contact you about your order or important changes to our products, services or site that affect you or about any agreements we may have entered into with you.
